What can I say about Camden Maine…beside the fact it is now one of my all time favorite places to visit. Our Bed and Breakfast alone cinched that deal. We spent a delightful two days learning about lobster boats, shopping at the cutest little shops, hiking some kid friendly trails and just relaxing by the water. Unless you are a totally hard hearted person, you just can’t help falling in love.

We did a day trip to Camden last week. The Smiling Cow is my absolute favorite for Maine stuff. Bought postcards to send to the grands there and a bacon oriented coaster for favorite son (only son!). Miss the Library’s huge book sale but found 2 books on their small indoor tables. AND a new-to-me thrift store. So glad you enjoyed it! Woulda liked lunch at the deli, but my SO is newly gluten intolerant; it wouldn’t have been fair!

There was a thrift shop across the street from our Bed and Breakfast. It looked so nice but was closed when we were there. I really enjoyed Camden. The laughing cow was wonderful.

Looks like such a fun trip! I have a few pictures of myself on that lobster growing up in New England area, so that picture just warmed my heart!
