Some New Old Stuff…It Has Been A While!

Finally things are returning to normal in my part of the woods. Stores are opening to larger capacity and longer hours. It feels safer to move into activities abandoned a year ago. Finally…back to the call of the antique stores! I was truly worried I would make up for lost time and desire entire store inventory! It was tempting but I resisted. I did pick up some small cute “homey” items. Maybe this pandemic made me really look at things and prioritize a little more. Maybe my collecting instincts were rusty. Not sure, but I really love what I bought and found places for them immediately!

I love purple glass I was excited to find several more really old milk bottles with a dark purple color.
Am I the only one who loves the old Malt shop romances?
Some new wine keys!
A new pair of Robin blue darning eggs. You can’t have too many!
Shopping yesterday and enjoying the beautiful weather today.

  2. We opened last May and I’ve visited my antique mall many times since then. I always felt it was a pretty safe shopping experience since it’s almost always empty. You found some wonderful things. So glad you can get back out. Stay safe. Your darling daughter is getting so big.
