I can’t believe I sent this little thing off to school on Monday. I mean I didn’t drop her off at the dorms of her chosen University but the sight of her tiny body wearing a giant backpack walking away from me down the hall still made my heart sting… I was in need of some comfort food and I think I may have found my new favorite…Award winning peanut butter cookies from Margaret’s Morsels.  A simple and indeed delicious cookie…check out the recipe below, along with a whole lot of creative goodness from the talented bloggers who linked this week!
