A Fall Tradition

When the air turns crisp and the days grow short, you know the most beautiful season has arrived. Big pumpkins grace every doorstep and Halloween is the topic of many lively conversations. Hot chocolate begins to sound appealing and you almost start that fireplace in the evening…or you give in to chill and turn on the heat. It is also time to pick the crunchy, sweet…or tart…goodness that is a local apple. We ventured away from home this weekend with our sights fixed on the Fall paradise that is Carter’s mountain orchard in Charlottesville Va! The day was perfect and the memories are priceless. Come take a peak at our day.

  1. Your pictures are fabulous and those views absolutely gorgeous! This brings back happy memories of trips to the pumpkin patch/farm/orchard with my kids when they were little. I’m not sure who loved it more, me or them! Thanks for sharing at Vintage Charm. xo Kathleen|Our Hopeful Home
