It’s Mother’s Day. I’m not suppose to be doing anything but relaxing, so The Princess is doing a guest post today. She is quite the party planner and would like to share her tips for a fabulous event. What a blessing she is to me…

“Always make a check list of the important things so you don’t forget anything.”
“Always have yummy food like chocolate cupcakes”
(And a Mama to carefully supervise the use of the cupcake maker)
“Move the flowers from the living room to the party if you can’t go to the store to buy more.”
“Always use pretty dishes and tablecloths. It makes the party special.”
“You can wear fancy clothes because than you will act more fancy.”

  6. Um, Dear Princess,

    Here I am sitting in my housework clothes of which I have maybe 4 sets and that is all I have worn for 10 weeks…LOL
    Dress fancy, well thank you Princess, I think I will. My princess Grand will come for a short visit next Sunday, since we have all been inside for WEEEEEEKS. And I’m going to use your list and party ideas, even the chocolate cupcakes!

    1. I think we are all ready to get out, safely of course. I try to look presentable for my zoom meetings but some days are better than others. I will never complain about my daily schedule again. I have hope for a summer of fun.
