My Hero has proudly served since the first day of Plebe Summer at the United States Naval Academy and,amazingly, his journey with the U.S. Navy bought him right back to where it started. The Princess enjoyed most of the ceremony on the floor! You don’t see too many retiring commanders with preschool age children so it did add a lighthearted touch to the event. We are overwhelmed with pride! I will miss the uniform however!
